Bark Mill Gifts or associated companies will not divulge any information provided by you to third parties, individuals, companies or any other organisations and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any credit card data is sent to us via secure encryption facilities; no details are held on any server. All customer records are held by us securely. We never divulge this information except to duly authorised statutory authorities and only then with a written request.

We may from time to time send you details of special offers or new products unless you have indicated otherwise on the order form.

Delivery

All Goods are shipped using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All items are fully insured by Bark Mill Gifts. Proof of posting records kept for 6 months

Post and Packaging charges

You choose the destination at the 'Shopping Basket', and the total P&P charges will then be displayed.
Failure to indicate the correct location for delivery could affect the processing of your order.
Please also note that some items can't be exported. Any restrictions are indicated alongside the product information.

Back orders

When goods ordered or ordered with others are not immediately available they will be put on back order. We will inform you of any items ordered by you that are not immediately available via e-mail. If you wish to cancel backorder items, please notify us within 48 hours otherwise the goods will be shipped to you on becoming available.

Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 working days of delivery.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of clothing, footwear or special sizes or designs of sheepskin rugs except where the goods supplied are not as ordered or have defects in manufacture.

Sizes

Sizes of clothing and footwear are determined by our standard United Kingdom factory sizes. All orders will be produced using these sizes. To convert your USA/Eur size to UK Size please refer to the size conversion charts for moccasins/boots/slippers/sheepskin coats. No return refund will be allowed in the event of the wrong size being ordered by you.

Cancellation/return of goods by you

To cancel this contract please indicate in writing (letter/e-mail only) the reason(s) for the return as "Contract Cancellation" within 7 days of receipt of goods

Please package and return the relevant item securely and send it to us with the original delivery (or a copy) slip within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please include either your original delivery slip or a written note detailing the order number, your full address details with e-mail address and telephone number and the reason for the return.

Returning goods

To return goods we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of returning and insuring the goods to us except where we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order and the good(s) are received by us in a saleable, unused condition we will refund purchase price including despatch cost in full or the relevant part of the purchase price.

Any correspondence/discussion with you will be carried out by e-mail or by telephone with confirmation by e-mail

Refunds

All agreed refunds will be notified to you by credit card refund using the original credit card used for your order. The refund will be credited to your card account by Securetrading after authorisation to them by Bark Mill Gifts.
